Thank you for visiting my homepage.I am a Board Certified
Psychiatrist specializing in the medication management of all
psychiatric conditions. I graduated from Tulane University
with a BS in Biology in 1986. I then attended The Chicago
Medical School, where I received my MD degree in 1991.
I completed my psychiatric residency at Rush Presbyterian
St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago in 1995 — I was appointed
chief resident there in 1994-1995. After residency, I worked in
a multidisciplinary medical practice for four years in Chicago
and in 1999 I established my private practice.I treat adults
age 18 and up.
I treat the following conditions:
•Anxiety Disorders including Generalized Anxiety Disorder,
Panic Disorder , Social Anxiety Disorder
•Depression, including treatment resistant depression
•Bipolar Disorder
•Schizophrenia
•Obsessive - Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
•Post -Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD)
•Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
•Binge Eating Disorder
•Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)
•Post-menopausal mood disorder
I encourage a collaborative approach with my patients. I pride myself in providing personalized care
with a sympathetic ear.
Please note that my practice is by referral only. I do not accept any insurance, including Medicare or
Medcaid. I will provide you with an appropriate invoice that you can submit to your insurer.

Payment is expected at the
time of service. I accept cash,
check, Visa, MasterCard, Amex
and Zelle.
You will receive a receipt at the
end of your visit which you may
submit to your insurance
company for your personal
reimbursement.
I require a 24-hour cancellation
notice or you will be charged
for your appointment.
Should a family or personal
emergency arise an exception
maybe made at my sole
discretion.
